Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
We are the sole owners of the information collected on the application. We only have access to/collect information that you enter in the eFamer application, along with the GPS coordinates of your mobile device, it's model, version of the operating system and in the case of Android an "android_id" number which is unique to the user and the app and for the IOS devices it is device token which is again unique for each device. The android id and Apple device token are solely used to distinguish between multiple devices owned by the same user. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to display to the users which are in same family. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization.
We will only contact you via email or phone in case there are technical difficulties with your information to inform you of the problem and to help you solve it. We will not send you spam or any other unsolicited emails.
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the application, your information is protected both online and offline.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
